If you're not completely satisfied with your Euphorama purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the package delivery date for a full refund. We want you to try our products risk free, knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Step 1: Request a Return
Email us at support@euphorama.com to initiate your return. This step is required before sending any product back.
Step 2: Submit Documentation
To qualify for a refund, we require simple documentation to confirm you've given the product a fair try. This also helps us identify anything that may be affecting your results so we can guide you effectively before processing a refund.
Here's what you need to submit:
Seven (7) Consecutive Daily Photos: A total of 7 photos taken on 7 consecutive days, each with a visible timestamp (date and time). These photos allow us to check your progress and confirm consistent daily use.
All documentation must be submitted within the 60 day return period.
Step 3: No Visible Improvement
If, after using the product consistently as shown in your submitted photos, there is no visible improvement in the targeted area, you qualify for a full refund upon return of the product.
Step 4: Return Your Order
Upon approval of your return request, you are responsible for creating your own return label and covering all return shipping costs. Please ship the return to the address provided in your approval email. All original items included with your purchase must be returned.
Important: We cannot process refunds until the returned product is received. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs.
Step 5: Provide Return Tracking
Please email us your valid tracking number once the return package has been shipped. This helps us track your return and process your refund promptly.
Step 6: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
The entire documentation process and the shipping of your return package must be completed within the 60 day window from the date your package was delivered. The package does not need to be received by our team within that timeframe, but it must be shipped prior to the deadline date to qualify for a refund.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you are entitled to a complimentary replacement within 60 days of the order being delivered.

Manufacturing defects, damage that occurred during shipping, and products that arrived non functional.
What's Not Covered:
User caused damage, water damage, damage from dropping the device, and normal wear and tear.
