Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Although we aim to deliver goods within the estimated time frames provided, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for deliveries outside these time frames. Because we rely on third-party shipping carriers to facilitate deliveries, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other expenses resulting from delayed shipments.

We are not liable for deliveries affected by:

  • Customs processing or import delays
  • Natural events or weather conditions
  • Courier errors or carrier delays
  • Labor disruptions or strikes
  • Holiday-related congestion

No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control. If a courier fails to deliver an order correctly and/or tracking shows the order was incomplete or lost in transit, we will work with you to reship the order.


Incorrect Address Policy

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason.

Please double-check and enter your correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is entered incorrectly before your item ships, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

If you realize you've made an error in your shipping information, please email us immediately at support@euphorama.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will apply in order to send the package to the corrected address.
